The Housing (Amendment) Bill, 2017

The Housing (Amendment) Bill, 2017 seeks to amend the Housing Act to provide for incentives to investors, including tax waivers in the housing and construction industry. The Bill further gives the Cabinet Secretary responsible for housing in consultation with the Cabinet Sectretary for Finance.
